Wine making details:

'Tsinandali' is a white dry wine renowned for its exquisite craftsmanship. Harvested at peak ripeness in late September to early October, the grapes are gently destemmed and cooled to 4-6°C. An 8-hour skin maceration is followed by soft pressing in a pneumatic press. The clear juice ferments slowly in stainless steel tanks at 15-18°C, with 30% aging in oak barrels for 4 months. After fermentation, the wine undergoes refinement and is released the following September.

Grapes: Rkatsiteli 80%, Mtsvane 20%
